Mirza Riza claims that the house and garden located in the Vijubah neighborhood of Tabriz, which he purchased from Khvajah Hartun the Christian has been seized by Haji Mihr ‘Ali Tabrizi. Mirza Riza has an order from Mirza Mahmud Shaykh al-Islam in support of his claim. Dispute between Fath‘ali Khan and Amir Zakariya's peasants, 1855
Regarding the ownership of Amir Zakariya village; the peasants were unable to provide valid documents of ownership. The evidence instead suggested that Najafqulikhan Biglarbaygi from Tabriz had purchased the village from Akhund Mulla Asad Allah. The property then passed on to his inheritors.

Statement written by Khanum Muhtaram Mahmud-zadah Sabit, landowner and resident of Sarduzak, to the court of Fars against Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar, farmer and resident of Dihkurah, requesting Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar to pay what he owes based on a settlement between them over the benefits of half of the land known as Khilak for five hundred rials per year. Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar hasn't paid the taxes for the last two years and the landowner had to pay them. Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar has also usurped the other half of the land. On the margin, Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar denies the statement.
